Shipping And Handling
We aim to dispatch orders within one working day on payment and provided with a VAT receipt. Items are properly packaged for transit and will arrive in good condition.
Orders are sent by different couriers you can view which one via your order status . Delivery is generally up to 3 working days however during seasonal peaks delivery may take longer .Delivery days do not include Bank Holidays and Weekends. .Orders are picked and packed over the weekend but wont leave the warehouse until Monday. If for any reason there is a delay in this time you will be notified by Email. Goods can be delivered either to your home address, to an alternative address or to your work (ensure you have employers permission). Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail, Royal Mail Special Delivery or by Courier. A signature is required for all Special Delivery and Courier Services. We can only accept orders from holders of credit or debit cards registered at UK addresses. We can deliver to most addresses in the UK.

Please note that compensation can NOT be offered in any circumstance if a delivery has not arrived on time, and it can NOT be offered for any persons who have taken the day off work in order to receive the item. We advise that customers who foresee difficulty in obtaining their item at a home address should state a different delivery address at checkout. If a delivery address needs to be changed after the checkout procedure, please call us and we will get this changed for you, however this may affect the speed of delivery.
