Dispatch & Order Tracking

Orders are dispatched using our selected courier partners.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be available where supported by the courier.

Orders may be picked and packed over the weekend, but standard courier collections normally resume on Monday.

Delivery Delays & Address Changes

Although we work hard to ensure orders arrive promptly, delivery times are estimates unless a guaranteed service is expressly offered.

Occasionally, delays may occur due to courier issues, adverse weather, seasonal demand or circumstances outside our control.

If your order is delayed, please contact us so we can assist.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate the change before dispatch, although this may not always be possible.

We recommend choosing a delivery address where someone will be available to receive your parcel.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
