Trade Account Terms
Level 1 – Entry Level
No minimum spend
- Discounts available across all products
- Smaller discount band – ideal for start-ups and new businesses
All new trade customers begin at Level 1.
Level 2
- A minimum spend of £1000 per 6-month period must be maintained
- Discounts available across all products
- Higher discount band
Discounts can be earned in-store or online.
Account Reviews & Terms
- Accounts are reviewed every 6 months.
- Accounts that do not maintain the required minimum spend will be downgraded accordingly.
- Accounts with no qualifying spend during a 6-month review period will be classed as inactive and moved to a basic 5% discount level.
- We reserve the right to adjust account levels at our discretion.
- Actual discount percentages are visible once your trade account has been approved and you are logged in.
